Early Alert

Thank you for using the OKWU Early Alert System. The goal of this process is to create a team of support for students who might be struggling. This process is not for an emergency alert or an academic concern. If you encounter an emergency situation with an OKWU student, please call the VP of Student Development at 918.766.5512 or call 911.

The concerns from this form will be disseminated to a team that will reach out to the student. Your name will not be passed to the committee but will be used for follow-up or additional information from the Office of Assessment. You should hear back about the process within a week from the date you submitted it.
